The initial design process includes getting to know our clients likes and dislikes, finding a direction and starting the design process.

Once a direction has been achieved through sketching, we move to the wax mold process. In this phase we create a model to the exact design the final item will be cast into. This allows the client to try on the model as well as adding similar stones to duplicate the finished piece.

Casting will be in whichever metal desired and by whichever technique will be most favorable to the final outcome. The items are then pre-polished and the setting process will begin.

The setting process is done one item at a time with the utmost care for the diamonds or colored stones being used. Many times these are family heirlooms, or possibly fragile colored stones, each is given the time and care needed for proper setting and long term wear.

Finally polishing, then the piece is photographed, and an appraisal is provided for the client. At right are just a few of our latest creations.

Hand Fabrication
A piece of jewelry is made from start to finish completely by hand. For most custom made jewelry, this is not necessary, however, this process lends itself to unique pieces and pieces which would perhaps be difficult to cast. We quote each piece by time and materials.
