Gemstones come from deep within the earth. Due to heat and pressure, beautiful minerals are formed. Minerals and chemicals within the earth determine the color of the crystal formations they create. Once these minerals and crystals have been cut, polished, and often enhanced, you will have a beautiful colored gemstone to treasure and to pass on for years to come.

Throughout history when observing fashion and design, color has had an important role. From interior design to fashion, and even to automobiles, various shades of color are seen.
